01General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3333bct ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 3333bct website located at https://3333bct.net and all associated services, products, software, and content provided therein. By accessing the 3333bct platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

3333bct reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3333bct platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail. The governing language of all disputes, communications, and interpretations relating to these Terms is English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 3333bct Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

02Account Registration

To access the full range of 3333bct services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games — you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, including the age requirement detailed in Section 6.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a 3333bct account only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• Are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform;
• Are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Have not previously had a 3333bct account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or third-party personal information during registration. 3333bct reserves the right to verify all registration information against official documents at any time.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 3333bct account. If 3333bct determines that a player holds more than one account — whether directly or through proxies, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — 3333bct reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balances held in those accounts in accordance with this policy. Bonuses received across multiple accounts will be reversed in full.

Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password for your 3333bct account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any other person. 3333bct will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 3333bct support immediately at [email protected].

03Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3333bct platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are processed through 3333bct's payment infrastructure. By initiating any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds being used are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method in use.

Accepted Deposit Methods

3333bct currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay (mobile financial services);
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank (direct bank transfer);
• Visa and Mastercard (international payment cards).

The minimum deposit amount at 3333bct is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to your account's KYC verification status. Deposit limits may be adjusted at 3333bct's discretion. Players may also set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your 3333bct account, or to a payment method that has been verified under your account's KYC profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your verified identity are prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 3333bct is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated for each payment method at the time of request. Processing times may be longer during periods of peak demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.

3333bct reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of such checks. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to release a withdrawal.

Transaction Fees

3333bct does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees may apply to bank transfer or international card transactions as determined by the respective financial institution. 3333bct is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

04Bonuses & Promotions

3333bct offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general conditions.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration, satisfied applicable KYC requirements, and meet any additional eligibility criteria specified in the individual offer. 3333bct reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total value of eligible bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in eligible bets must be placed before withdrawal). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, specific slot titles, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual offer terms. 3333bct reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering contributions at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus terms, placing low-risk offsetting bets to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited. 3333bct reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified validity period, will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited. 3333bct will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

05User Obligations

As a registered player on the 3333bct platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of the platform, including any laws pertaining to online gambling, financial transactions, and data protection applicable in Bangladesh.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333bct platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account data, or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions or access controls;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information to 3333bct at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing account management;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 3333bct account, including sharing credentials or operating another player's account;
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 3333bct support staff or other users of the platform.

3333bct actively monitors platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is identified, 3333bct reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, void all pending and settled bets associated with the account, confiscate the account balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Accurate Information Obligation

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your 3333bct account remains accurate and current at all times. If your personal details change — including your name, address, mobile number, or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending re-verification.

06Age Restriction

3333bct is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to all betting, casino, and gaming services on 3333bct is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies regardless of the laws applicable in the player's jurisdiction — the 3333bct minimum age of 18 is a platform-wide requirement that cannot be waived.

Age Verification Process

3333bct operates a mandatory age verification process as part of its KYC programme. All players are required to provide documentary evidence of their age and identity before withdrawals are processed. Accepted age-verification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) showing date of birth;
• Bangladeshi passport (valid or expired, provided the date of birth is clearly legible);
• Bangladesh Driving Licence bearing the holder's date of birth.

3333bct may request age verification documentation at any point after account registration — including before a player's first deposit is credited — where the platform has reasonable grounds to question the player's age. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, 3333bct may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

Consequences of Underage Registration

If 3333bct determines at any time that a player registered and used the platform while under 18 years of age, 3333bct will immediately and permanently close the account. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. All winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. 3333bct will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage player as a result of their access to the platform.

07Account Closure

A 3333bct account may be closed either at the player's request or by 3333bct in the circumstances set out below. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your 3333bct account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a clear written request to close your account. Before closure, 3333bct will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel they are experiencing gambling-related harm — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests receive priority processing and take effect more rapidly than standard closure requests. 3333bct-Initiated Closure

3333bct reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a formal self-exclusion or account closure request from the account holder or their legal representative;
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where 3333bct closes an account under circumstances that do not involve player misconduct — such as inactivity closure — any verified real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3333bct will notify the registered email address on file before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per calendar month following the dormancy notification, applied against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Reactivation requires identity re-verification.

08Limitation of Liability

3333bct provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 3333bct takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, 3333bct does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond 3333bct's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333bct excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from platform downtime, game errors, payment processing delays, or account suspension.

Game Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error — including a software glitch, incorrect odds display, system malfunction, or any other technical fault that results in an obviously incorrect game or betting outcome — 3333bct reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 3333bct's decision in such matters is final. No liability will be accepted for winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error, and such winnings are not payable.

Third-Party Game Provider Responsibility

Games available on the 3333bct platform are supplied by independent third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. 3333bct acts as a distribution platform for these games and does not control the underlying game software, RNG systems, or payout calculations. Disputes relating to game outcomes or game behaviour should be directed to 3333bct support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

Force Majeure

3333bct shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, pandemic or public health emergency, or any other event qualifying as force majeure under applicable law.
